STEP 1
Click the Reset Password button and type in your email address in the second box provided and hit Submit.
This action will generate an email to you with a temporary password for you to use to enter your new OBU Athletics ticket account. Once you receive the email with your temporary password, go to Step 2.
STEP 2
Use your email address as your login and use the temporary password you just received to log in to your account.
Once you are logged in you will see a series of blue navigation buttons.
Click Update My Password to change your password to one you will remember. You may also change your login by clicking on the Update My Account link.
STEP 3
Please check the customer information below the blue navigation buttons to make sure everything is correct. You will want to add the credit card you plan to use. Please make sure that the primary mailing address you enter is the same as the billing address on the credit card you have entered.
You are now ready to click the blue Renew Season button and renew your season tickets. Once you click on the Renew Season button, you will see the Show Order button for your season tickets. Clicking the Show Order button will take you to your reserved season tickets. Check to make sure your seat location and number of seats is correct and then click the Continue button to claim your seats. If you are in section 2 you will be required to make a $100 donation to the Bison Athletic Association. This will show as a merchandise product online.
STEP 4
The system will ask you to click Submit Cart and then Submit Order. You are now ready to complete your order.
For basketball season ticket renewals OBU Athletics is only offering one delivery option. Once you reserve your tickets, the only delivery option will be Commemorative Tickets. This is to ensure you get the commemorative tickets on time. You will be able to access them on your mobile device at a later date. Mobile barcodes will appear on your phone in the mobile portal on game day four hours before competition begins.
Click Submit Order to renew your seats. Once you renew, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Tickets will be available for Print at Home after September 1. Mobile tickets will appear on your phone on game day four hours prior to the beginning of competition. Commemorative tickets will be available for pick up at the women's basketball exhibition game on Wednesday, November 7th at 7 pm.
